摘 要:目的研究益气健脾汤治疗脑卒中后低蛋白血症的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法随机选取天津市河西区天塔街社区卫生服务中心2022年10月-2023年8月接诊的64例脑卒中后低蛋白血症患者,随机分为观察组(32例)和对照组(32例);对照组采用常规营养治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用益气健脾汤治疗,连续治疗4周为一个疗程。对比两组患者治疗前后的血清指标和生活质量水平。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的TP、A1b、PA、HB水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的SS-Q0L评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用益气健脾汤治疗脑卒中后低蛋白血症疗效显著,能够明显改善患者TP、A1b、PA、HB水平,提高生活质量,可为临床治疗提供参考。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Jianpi Tang in treating post stroke hypoalbuminemia and its impact on quality of life.Method 64 patients with post stroke hypoalbuminemia treated at the Tianta Street Community Health Service Center in Hexi District,Tianjin from October 2022 to August 2023 were randomly selected and divided into an observation group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases);the control group received routine nutritional treatment,the observation group received additional treatment with Yiqi Jianpi Tang on the basis of the control group.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.Compare the serum indicators and quality of life levels of two groups of patients before and after treatment.Result After treatment,the effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);the levels of TP,Alb,PA,and HB in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05);the SS-QOL score of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Yiqi Jianpi Tang has a significant therapeutic effect on post-stroke hypoalbuminemia,which can significantly improve the levels of TP,Alb,PA,and HB in patients,improve their quality of life,and provide reference for clinical treatment.
