摘　　要：食品安全是关乎国计民生的一项重要工程,关系到人民群众的幸福感和获得感,食责险则发挥着分散食品安全风险和社会管理功能,因此,研究食责险发展情况对于我国食安工作具有重要意义。文章首先阐述我国食品安全责任保险发展现状,其次多角度指出其发展中存在的问题,并借鉴国外发展的经验,为完善我国食品安全责任保险发展提出可行性建议。Food safety is an important project related to the national economy and people's livelihood,which is related to the happiness and sense of achievement of the people,food liability insurance plays a role in dispersing food safety risks and social management,therefore,studying the development of food liability insurance is of great significance for China's food safety work.Firstly,elaborate on the current development status of food safety liability insurance in China,secondly,point out the problems existing in its development from multiple perspectives,and draw on the experience of foreign development to propose feasible suggestions for improving the development of food safety liability insurance in China.
