研学游背景下大连旅游从业人员培训面临问题及应对建议

摘　　要：2023年我国旅游市场强劲复苏,研学游作为教育行业与旅游产业交叉发展的产物在政策引导、市场需求和行业发展的共同推动下快速发展,引发社会广泛关注。为促进学生德智体美劳等方面均衡发展,并带动地区旅游业发展,推动地方经济增长,亟须通过加强培训做好研学游从业人员队伍培育建设,促进研学游的规范、有序和高质量发展。文章在研学游背景下,基于全域旅游和数字化转型发展视角,分析了大连研学游从业人员培训面临的问题,并提出了促进大连高质量研学游的创新路径。China's tourism market recovered strongly in 2023,research travel as a product of the cross-development of the education industry and the tourism industry in the policy guidance,market demand and industry development of the joint promotion of rapid development,triggering widespread concern in society.In order to promote the balanced development of studentsmoral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor aspects,and to drive the development of regional tourism and promote local economic growth,there is an urgent need to do a good job of cultivating and building the research travel practitioner team by strengthening training,and to promote the standardized,orderly and high-quality development of research travel.In this paper,in the context of research travel,based on the perspective of regional tourism and digital transformation and development,we analyze the problems faced by the training of Dalian research travel practitioners,and put forward an innovative path to build high-quality research travel practitioners in Dalian.
