摘　　要：该文旨在探讨海南省高职院校学生的体育素养现状,并提出有效的提升策略。通过《学生体育素养调查问卷》收集数据,研究覆盖了体育认知、体育行为和体质与技能等多个维度。采用SPSS25进行数据分析,揭示了不同民族、地域、专业和性别学生在体育素养上的差异。研究结果表明,海南省高职院校学生在体育知识和技能方面存在不足,基于这些发现,提出了一系列针对性的策略,旨在促进学生的终身体育发展。The paper aims to explore the current situation of physical literacy of students in higher vocational colleges in Hainan province and to propose effective promotion strategies.Data were collected through the Students'Physical Literacy Questionnaire,and the study covered multiple dimensions such as physical cognition,physical behavior,and physical fitness and skills.SPSS25 was used to analyze the data,revealing the differences in physical literacy among students by different ethnicities,regions,majors and genders.The findings suggest that students in higher vocational colleges and universities in Hainan Province have deficiencies in sports knowledge and skills,and based on these findings,a series of targeted strategies are proposed with the aim of promoting students'lifelong sports development.
