摘  要:学生欺凌是一个世界性的问题,不仅危害儿童青少年身心健康,而且给家庭与社会造成沉重负担。本文主要基于心理学视角分析学生欺凌问题,首先介绍学生欺凌的普遍性与发生特点,其次阐释学生欺凌的个体心理-生态环境影响因素与发生机制,包括个体认知-情绪-行为因素、校园与班级环境、教师认知信念与态度、同伴过程等,最后提出学生欺凌防治的启示建议。School bullying is prevalent among children and adolescents across the world,and can lead to physical and mental health problems of children and adolescents,and a heavy burden to families and society.This paper mainly analyzed the problem of school bullying from the perspective of psychology.This paper first presented data on the prevalence and occurrence characteristics of school bullying.We then elucidated the influencing factors and mechanisms of school bullying,based on the person-ecology model.The influencing factor of school bullying included children and adolescents’cognitive-emotional-behavioral factors,peer processes,teachers'beliefs and attitudes,and school and classroom environment.Finally,future directions on the prevention and treatment of bullying were put forward.
