摘　　要：黑色素瘤作为皮肤癌中最常见的肿瘤,常规手术及放化疗整体疗效不佳,导致患者死亡率极高。随着免疫疗法的兴起,免疫检查点抑制剂(immune checkpoint inhibitor,ICI)在转移性和复发性黑色素瘤患者的治疗中取得不错的疗效,但由于ICI易产生耐药性及治疗期间出现的不良事件(treatment emergent adverse event,TRAE),迫切需要新型ICI应用于临床。淋巴细胞活化因子3(lymphocyte activation gene 3,LAG3)抑制剂作为近年研究火热的新型ICI在晚期黑色素瘤的治疗中也发挥着重要作用。该文综述了LAG3抑制剂治疗晚期黑色素瘤的最新进展。Melanoma,as the most common tumor in skin cancer,has poor overall efficacy of conventional surgery and radiotherapy and chemotherapy,resulting in high mortality.With the development of immune therapy,immune checkpoint inhibitor(ICI) in the treatment of recurrent and metastatic melanoma patients achieved good curative effect.But ICI is prone to drug resistance and treatment emergent adverse events(TRAE),so we urgently need new ICI in clinical applications.Lymphocyte activation gene 3(LAG3) inhibitor,as a new type of ICI with hot research in recent years,also plays an important role in the treatment of advanced melanoma.This article reviews the recent progress of LAG3 inhibitors in the treatment of advanced melanoma.
