摘  要:本文分析了焊接自动化技术在汽车制造业中的应用现状与优势。自动化焊接技术、传感器以及控制系统的集成应用大幅提升了生产效率和产品质量,同时改善了作业环境,降低了人工成本。目前我国汽车制造业的焊装自动化水平较高,但在高端技术领域如视觉引导、数字孪生等方面仍存在差距。未来,先进的视觉引导和数字孪生技术将进一步提升汽车焊接的智能化水平,极大地优化生产线性能。相关企业需加大自动化改造投入,培养新型技术人才,推动工业4.0的落地,为建设汽车强国贡献力量。This paper analyzes the application status and advantages of welding automation technology in auto-mobile manufacturing.The integrated application of automated welding technology,sensors and control systems has greatly improved production efficiency and product quality,while improving the working environment and reducing labor costs.At present,the welding automation level of China's automobile manufacturing industry is relatively high,but there is still a gap in the field of high-end technology such as visual guidance and digital twins.In the future,advanced vision-guided and digital twin technologies will further enhance the intelligence level of automotive welding and greatly optimize the performance of production lines.Relevant enterprises need to increase investment in automation transformation,cultivate new technical talents,promote the implementa-tion of Industry 4.0,and contribute to the construction of an automobile power.
