摘  要:随着汽车保有量的增加,消费者对汽车服务需求不断提升,汽车企业的售后服务市场随之扩大,成为当前汽车市场发展的重要方向。以汽车维修为服务内容的汽车4S店越来越普遍,成为汽车企业提供售后服务的代表。激烈的竞争对汽车维修接待服务提出越来越高的要求,给汽车售后市场带来机会的同时也带来了挑战。本文分析了汽车维修接待服务现存问题及对策。With the increase of car ownership,consumer demand for automotive services continues to rise,and the after-sales service market of automotive enterprises has expanded,becoming an important direction for the current development of the automotive market.Automobile 4S stores that focus on car maintenance services are becoming increasingly common and have become representatives of automotive companies providing after-sales services.The fierce competition has put forward increasingly high requirements for automotive mainte-nance and reception services,bringing both opportunities and challenges to the automotive after-sales market This paper analyzes the existing problems and countermeasures of automobile maintenance reception service.
