摘 要:目的探讨以分析异常结果报告单为主线基于问题学习(PBL)和基于案例学习(CBL)的教学方法在检验实习教学中的应用效果。方法采用试验对照方法,选取2021年和2022年到该院检验科实习的62例实习生为研究对象。2022年32例学生设为试验组,采用以分析异常结果报告单为主线CBL+PBL教学方法。2021年30例学生设为对照组,采用传统教学方法。通过考试成绩和问卷调查结果评价教学效果。结果试验组学生基础知识题和综合分析题考核成绩高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生考核总成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查结果显示,试验组在教学方法满意度各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以分析异常结果报告单为主线CBL+PBL教学方法用于检验实习教学有助于提高学生的考核成绩得分,提升教学满意度,有助于提升检验实习教学质量。Objective To explore the application effect of combining abnormal result report analysis with CBL+PBL teaching method in testing internship teaching.Methods A total of 62 interns from thedepartment of laboratory in the hospital were studied in 2021 and 2022.32 students were selected as the experimental group using the CBL+PBL teaching method based on the analysis of abnormal results report form in 2022.30 students were selected as the control group using traditional teaching methods in 2021.The teaching effectiveness was evaluated using exam scores and questionnaire survey results.T-test and chi square test were conducted using SPSS 21.0.Results The basic knowledge and comprehensive analysis assessment scores of the experimental group students were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The total assessment score of the experimental group students was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The survey results showed that the experimental group had higher scores in teaching method satisfaction than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The CBL+PBL teaching method,with the analysis of abnormal result reports as the main thread,is used to improve students′assessment scores,improve teaching satisfaction,and enhance the quality of laboratory internship teaching.
