摘　　要：目的分享以鼻音为唯一症状的重症肌无力,提高临床医师的对本病的认识。方法总结该院收治的1例以鼻音为唯一表现的重症肌无力的临床资料及诊疗过程,并进行文献复习,分析临床诊疗过程中应注意的细节。结果患儿,女,10岁,吐字不清半个月,表现为鼻音,无饮水呛咳及吞咽困难,给予完善小剂量新斯的明试验结果为阴性,次日增加药物剂量,新斯的明试验结果为阳性。结论重症肌无力以眼肌型最常见,但仅表现为鼻音的重症肌无力少见,容易误诊,新斯的明试验中使用的药物剂量对试验的阳性率有影响。Objective Share myasthenia gravis with nasal tone as the only symptom to enhance clinicians′knowledge of the disease.Methods To summarize the clinical data and treatment process of a case of myasthenia gravis with nasal tone as the only symptom in the hospital,and to review the literature,analyze the details that should be paid attention to in the clinical treatment process.Results The patient,a 10-year-old female,had slurred speech for half a month,presented with nasal tone,without cough and dysphagia.The results of the test of low-dose neostigmine were negative,and the results of the test of neostigmine were positive when the dose was increased the next day.Conclusion Myasthenia gravis is most common in ocular type,but myasthenia gravis only symptom as nasal tone is rare and easy to misdiagnose.The dose of drugs used in the neostigmine test has an influence on the positive rate of the test.
