摘　　要：科学、准确的实验数据离不开规范、科学可验证的实验环境。方法本文以屏障系统动物实验室的环境动态参数包括温湿度、空气净化、实验室压差、臭气浓度、环境消毒的验证目的、原理与方法、重要性进行论述。结果动物实验室参数处于动态变化,实验室参数通过影响实验动物从而影响实验结果,尤其是屏障环境下饲养的实验动物更为敏感。结论以上参数分别会对实验动物都产生重要影响,因此是实验室环境控制的重要参数,参数验证方法的关注点包括参数的准确性、精密度、灵敏度、代表性,以保障日常检测数据能够科学、准确的表征实验室环境,从而排除环境参数对实验动物试验结果的干扰。Scientific and accurate experimental data are inseparable from a standardized and scientifically verifiable experimental environment.Methods In this paper,the environmental dynamic parameters of the barrier system animal laboratory,including temperature and humidity,air purification,laboratory pressure difference,odor concentration,and the verification purpose,principle and method,and importance of environmental disinfection,are discussed.Results Animal laboratory parameters are dynamically changing,and laboratory parameters affect experimental results by influencing experimental animals,especially laboratory animals raised in barrier environments are more sensitive.Conclusion The above parameters will have an important impact on experimental animals,so it is an important parameter for laboratory environment control,and the focus of parameter verification methods includes the accuracy,precision,sensitivity and representativeness of parameters,so as to ensure that the daily detection data can scientifically and accurately characterize the laboratory environment,so as to exclude the interference of environmental parameters on experimental animal test results.
