摘  要:目的探讨基于开放实验教学模式的微免实验在口腔专业本科生教学中的应用价值及前景。方法以西安交通大学口腔医学院77位本科生为研究对象,对其进行了微免疫实验操作技能课程指导。以核心知识点为依托,实施探索性教学。课后通过问卷调查方法评价教学效果及满意度,并采用随堂测验及回访进行短效和长效的教学评价。结果通过问卷调查、随堂测验及回访统计,学生整体满意度较高,且掌握程度较好,并可以提高学生对科研的自主性、自觉性及创新性。结论将开放实验教学模式与微免实验联合应用于口腔专业本科生教学中,可激发学生学习的热情和主动性,使其能充分认识疾病,为正确诊断、治疗打下夯实的基础,增强其解决问题、分析问题的能力。同时可提高教学质量,可在口腔专业本科生教学中推广。Objective To explore the application value and prospect of microbiology and immune experiment based on open experimental teaching model in the teaching of stomatology major undergraduates.Methods A total of 77 undergraduates of Stomatology School of Xi′an Jiaotong University were selected as subjects to conduct the course of microbiology and immune experiment operation skills.Based on the core knowledge points,exploratory teaching is implemented.After class,the teaching effect and satisfaction were evaluated by questionnaire survey,and the short-term and long-term teaching evaluation was carried out by in-class test and return visit.Results Through questionnaire survey,in-class test and return visit statistics,the overall satisfaction of students is higher,and the degree of mastery is better,and the autonomy,consciousness and innovation of students in scientific research can be improved.Conclusion The combination of open experiment teaching mode and micro-immunity experiment in the teaching of stomatology undergraduates can stimulate students′enthusiasm and initiative in learning,make them fully understand the disease,and lay a solid foundation for correct diagnosis and treatment.Enhance their ability to solve problems and analyze problems.At the same time,it can improve the teaching quality,and can be popularized in the teaching of stomatology undergraduates.
