摘　　要：目的研究Versican在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达,并探讨其临床病理学意义。方法收集郑州人民医院接受食管癌根治手术治疗的47例患者食管鳞状细胞癌组织及癌旁组织,采用免疫组化法及原位杂交法检测Versican的表达情况,分析其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果Versican蛋白及Versican mRNA在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达均高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);Versican蛋白及Versican mRNA在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的高表达与患者癌组织的浸润深度达外膜或周围组织、淋巴结有转移、TNM分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期均有关(P<0.05);Versican蛋白与Versican mRNA在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达有相关性(r=0.530,P<0.05)。结论食管鳞状细胞癌中Versican的表达与浸润、转移相关,可能促进了食管鳞状细胞癌的发生发展。Objective To study the expression of Versican in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and explore its clinicopathological significance.Methods Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and paracancerous tissues were collected from 47 patients who underwent radical esophagectomy in Zhengzhou People’s Hospital.Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization were used to detect the expression of Versican protein and Versican mRNA,and their clinicopathological significance was analyzed.Results The expressions of Versican protein and Versican mRNA in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues were higher than those in paracancerous tissues(P<0.05).The high expression of Versican protein and Versican mRNA in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues was closely related to the depth of infiltration of the patient’s cancer tissue up to the adventitia or surrounding tissue,lymph nodes metastasis and TNM stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ(P<0.05).There was a correlation between the expression of Versican protein and Versican mRNA in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues(r=0.530,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Versican in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is related to invasion and migration,and may promote the occurrence and development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
