肌少症性吞咽障碍的病因学研究进展

摘　　要：肌少症是指与增龄相关的进行性全身肌量减少和(或)肌强度下降或肌肉生理功能减退,肌少症性吞咽障碍是在肌少症的基础上发展形成的一种吞咽障碍的新类性和新概念。由于其病理生理机制尚未阐明,笔者通过文献阅读,总结出可能的主要致病因素包括增龄,炎症反应,营养不良及口腔健康不佳等。文章从肌少性吞咽障碍的流行病学、吞咽相关肌群的特异性,生理病理方面进行总结和综述,以期提高后期康复治疗学者、神经病学者和其他临床医生对肌少性吞咽障碍的认识和预防工作。Sarcopenia is an elderly syndrome characterized by age-related muscle mass decline,decreased strength,and decline in biological function.It accumulates to swallowing related muscle groups,leading to the occurrence of Sarcopenic Dysphagia.At present,scholars both domestically and internationally have focused their research on the etiology,intervention measures,and rehabilitation management of muscular dysphagia.However,early screening of muscular dysphagia is crucial for patient rehabilitation intervention.This article summarizes and organizes relevant research at home and abroad on the screening and diagnosis of Sarcopenic Dysphagia,aiming to provide medical workers and patients with early screening and scientifically feasible diagnostic processes and plans for Sarcopenic Dysphagia.
