摘  要:关口电能表的计量误差对电力市场化交易、公司新能源调度、经济技术考核等具有重要意义。本文基于关口电能表温度影响试验,提出一种关口电能表计量误差预测方法。首先,随机抽取关口电能表,并进行编号;其次,设计关口电能表温度影响试验方案,对抽取的关口电能表进行温度影响试验,获得试验数据信息;基于试验数据,构建基于LSSVM的关口电能表计量误差预测模型,将预测结果与SVM模型预测结果及真实值进行对比,验证所提方法的有效性,为降低关口电能表研发阶段的试验成本提供新思路。The measurement error of the gateway meter is of great significance for electricity market trading,company new energy dispatch,economic and technical assessment,etc.A method for predicting the measurement error of gateway meters for the test is proposed on the temperature influence test of the gateway meter.Initially,the gateway energy meters are randomly selected and numbered.Then,a temperature influence test scheme for gateway meters is designed,temperature influence tests are conducted on the selected meters,test data information is obtained.Based on the test data information,a prediction method for the measurement error of gateway meters using LSSVM is proposed,and its prediction results are compared with the SVM model’s and true values to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.This method provides a novel approach to reducing the testing cost of gateway meters during the research and development phase.
