摘　　要：目的:分析癫痫缓解期的患儿减停药后复发相关危险因素。方法:选择2020年1月—2021年2月喀什地区第一人民医院收治的癫痫缓解期患儿110例作为研究对象,根据患儿减停药后复发情况分为复发组与未复发组。收集患儿一般资料以及疾病特征资料,利用单因素与多因素Logistic回归分析复发相关因素。结果:110例患儿减停药后复发23例,复发率为20.91%。应用多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄<6岁、初始发病年龄<7岁、合并颅内病灶、停药前癫痫发电、停用药物时间<6个月均是癫痫缓解期患儿减停药后复发的独立危险因素。结论:癫痫缓解期患儿减停药后复发因素较多,因此需了解复发危险因素,采取合理防范措施,改善患儿预后。Objective:To analyze the risk factors related to relapse in children with epilepsy remission.Methods:A total of one hundred and ten children in remission of epilepsy treated in Kashgar Region First People's Hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into relapse group and non-relapse group according to the recurrence of the children after drug withdrawal.General data and disease characteristics were collected.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression were used to analyze relapse-related factors.Results:In 110 cases,23 cases relapsed after drug withdrawal,the recurrence rate was 20.91%;multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age<6 years old,initial onset age<7 years old,complicated intracranial lesions,epileptic power generation before drug withdrawal,and drug discontinuation time<6 months were all independent risk factors for recurrence after drug withdrawal in children with epilepsy remission.Conclusion:There are many recurrence factors in children in remission of epilepsy after drug withdrawal,so it is necessary to understand the recurrence risk factors and take reasonable preventive measures to improve the prognosis of children.
