氟桂利嗪联合头痛宁胶囊治疗偏头痛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析氟桂利嗪联合头痛宁胶囊治疗偏头痛的效果。方法:选取2020年12月—2022年12月滨州市中心医院收治的偏头痛患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机分组方式将患者分为对照组和观察组,各40例。比较两组患者国际视觉疼痛模拟量表(VAS)评分,血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、溶血磷脂酸(LPA)浓度及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3 d、1周、4周后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前低于治疗前1周,两组MMP-9、TNF-α、LPA浓度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组MMP-9、TNF-α、LPA浓度均低于治疗前1周,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氟桂利嗪联合头痛宁胶囊治疗偏头痛的效果佳,患者用药后疼痛程度低,患者血清炎性因子浓度低,且用药安全性高,该治疗方式的综合价值较高。Objective:To analyze the effect of flunarizine combined with Toutongning capsule in the treatment of migraine.Methods:Eighty cases of migraine patients admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group using randomized grouping,with forty cases in each group.The international visual pain analog scale(VAS)scores,serum matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),lysophosphatidic acid(LPA)concentrations and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,the difference in VAS scores between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 3 d,1 week and 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment was lower than that of the first week of treatment,and the differences in the concentrations of MMP-9,TNF-α,and LPA between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the concentrations of MMP-9,TNF-α,and LPA in both groups were lower than 1 week before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in patients of the two groups was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Flunarizine combined with Toutongning capsule is effective in the treatment of migraine headache,patients with low pain level after medication,patients with low serum inflammatory factor concentration,and the safety of medication is high,and the comprehensive value of this treatment modality is high.
