摘　　要：蒽环类药物是乳腺癌的化疗药物之一,主要包括阿霉素、表阿霉素等,可以阻止肿瘤生长和扩散。通过新的给药方式、联合治疗策略、个体化治疗以及对药物抵抗机制的研究,可以进一步优化乳腺癌患者的治疗效果,提高生存率和生活质量。该文对蒽环类药物在乳腺癌患者治疗中的应用进展作一综述,期望为乳腺癌药物治疗的应用与方案的制定奠定基础。Anthracyclines is one of the chemotherapy drugs for breast cancer,including doxorubicin and epirubicin,which can prevent tumor growth and spread.Through new drug delivery methods,combination therapy strategies,individualized therapy and research on drug resistance mechanisms,the therapeutic effect of breast cancer patients can be further optimized,and the survival rate and quality of life can be improved.This article reviews the progress of anthracyclines in the treatment of breast cancer pa⁃tients,hoping to lay a foundation for the application and formulation of drug therapy for breast cancer.
