奥美拉唑联合硫糖铝、胶体果胶铋治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨奥美拉唑联合硫糖铝、胶体果胶铋治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果。方法:选取2019年11月—2023年11月武山县城关镇卫生院与武山县人民医院收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者80例作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗,观察组给予奥美拉唑联合硫糖铝、胶体果胶铋三联疗法治疗。比较两组总有效率、炎性因子水平、胃蛋白酶Ⅰ(PGⅠ)与胃蛋白酶Ⅱ(PGⅡ)水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组转化生长因子-β1、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-18水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组PGⅠ水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组PGⅡ水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥美拉唑联合硫糖铝与胶体果胶铋三联疗法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著,可降低机体炎性反应,提高PGⅠ,降低PGⅡ水平。Objective:To investigate the effect of omeprazole combined with sucralfate and colloidal bismuth pectin in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to Wushan County Chengguan Town Health Center and Wushan People's Hospital from November 2019 to November 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole and the observation group was treated with omeprazole combined with sucralfate and colloidal bismuth pectin.The total effective rate,inflammatory factor levels,pepsin Ⅰ(PGⅠ)and pepsin Ⅱ(PGⅡ)levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of transforming growth factor-β1,interleukin-6 and interleukin-18 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the PGⅠ level in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the PGⅠ level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the PGⅡ level in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the PGⅡ level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The triple therapy of omeprazole combined with sucralfate and colloidal bismuth pectin is effective in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,which can reduce the body inflammatory response,increase PGⅠ level,and reduce PGⅡ level.
