摘 要:目的:探讨高速磨钻在侵袭性骨肿瘤治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年3月—2023年5月北京朝阳中西医结合急诊抢救医院收治的66例侵袭性骨肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与常规组,各33例。常规组接受常规刮除术治疗,研究组采用高速磨钻刮除治疗。比较两组疾病复发情况、肿瘤转移情况、术后感染率、骨关节功能、骨愈合时间。结果:研究组疾病复发率、肿瘤转移率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后总感染率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.039)。术前,两组Lysholm评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1个月,两组Lysholm评分高于术前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组骨愈合时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:高速磨钻在侵袭性骨肿瘤治疗中的应用效果较好,能够降低疾病复发率、肿瘤转移率、术后感染率,改善骨关节功能,促进骨愈合。Objective:To investigate the application effect of high-speed grinding drill in treatment of invasive bone tumors.Methods:A total of 66 patients with invasive bone tumors admitted to Beijing Chaoyang Integrative Medicine Emergency Medical Center from March 2019 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the study group and the conventional group according to random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The conventional group received conventional curettage treatment and the study group received high-speed grinding drill curettage treatment.Disease recurrence,tumor metastasis,postoperative infection rate,bone joint function,and bone healing time were compared between the two groups.Results:The disease recurrence rate and tumor metastasis rate in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total postoperative infection rate in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.039).Before operation,there was no significant difference in Lysholm score between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 month after operation,the Lysholm score in the two groups was higher than that before operation,the Lysholm score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bone healing time in the study group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of high-speed grinding drill in the treatment of invasive bone tumors is good,which can reduce the rates of disease recurrence,tumor metastasis and postoperative infection,improve bone joint function,and promote bone healing.
