摘　　要：目的探讨血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-10水平变化在丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫儿童中的早期疗效评价作用。方法筛选2020年9月至2023年9月广州市社会福利院收治的80例癫痫患儿,随机数字表法分为成两组,各40例。对照组接受丙戊酸钠治疗,观察组接受丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗。对比治疗前、治疗3个月后两组抽搐发作次数、发作持续时间、脑电图改善情况、血清炎症因子的变化情况。结果治疗3个月后,观察组抽搐发作次数少于对照组、发作持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组脑电图的改善状况无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清中的IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α等促炎细胞因子的水平在治疗后,观察组低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫儿童效果显著,能够有效减少抽搐发作次数,缩短发作持续时间,降低血清IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α等促炎细胞因子的水平,升高血清抗炎细胞因子IL-10水平。Objective To explore serum IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,The role of changes in IL-10 levels in the early efficacy evaluation of sodium valproate combined with levetiracetam in the treatment of epilepsy in children.Methods A total of 80 children with epilepsy admitted to Guangzhou Social Welfare Institution from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with sodium valproate,while the study group received treatment with sodium valproate combined with levetiracetam.Compare the number of seizures,duration of seizures,improvement in electroencephalogram,and changes in serum inflammatory factors between the two groups before and 3 months after treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,the number of seizures in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the duration of seizures was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The improvement of electroencephalogram in both groups was not significant(P>0.05);Serum levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α were lower in the observation group than in the control group,and IL-10 levels were higher than in the control group after treatment(all P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of sodium valproate and levetiracetam has a significant therapeutic effect on children with epilepsy,which can effectively reduce the number of seizures,shorten the duration of seizures,and lower serum IL-1 levels β,IL-6 and TNF-α Elevate the levels of proinflammatory cytokines and serum anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10.
