摘  要:目的:探讨以 “以器官系统为中心”的新型教学模式在中医风湿病并轨专硕研究生培养中的作用。方法:选取安徽中医药大学第一附属医院中医风湿病专业并轨专硕研究生43人作为研究对象,研究组和对照组分别为22人,21人。两组经过专科规范化培训后进行理论成绩测试、技能操作考核,岗位胜任力综合能力测试以及教学效果满意程度等方面的比较,评价学习成绩与教学效果。结果:培训结束后,观察组专科理论成绩、中医理论成绩及技能操作成绩较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组临床思维能力、中医辨证思维能力、知识融汇贯通能力、沟通合作能力各评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);医患沟通能力、学术研究能力方面与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组教学满意度较对照组高(P<0.01)。结论:“以器官系统为中心”的教学方法能有效提高中医风湿病并轨专硕研究生住培教学质量,使其临床综合能力得到锻炼与提高,对提升中医风湿病并轨专硕研究生岗位胜任力,优化教学课程设置和培养模式具有重要价值。Objective:To explore the role of the new teaching model of“organ system-centered”in the training of combined master students in Rheumatology of Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 43 students were selected from the Rheumatology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine,22 in the study group and 21 in the control group.After the standardized training,the two groups were compared in the aspects of theoretical achievement test,skill operation assessment,comprehensive competency test and teaching effect satisfaction,etc.To evaluate their academic performance and teaching effect.Results:After the training,the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of clinical thinking ability,TCM syndrome differentiation thinking ability,knowledge integration ability and communication and cooperation ability in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in doctorpatient communication ability and academic research ability between the two groups(P>0.05).The teaching satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of the“organ system-centered”teaching method can effectively improve the quality and exercise of residential training for combined master students in Rheumatology of Chinese medicine,improve their clinical comprehensive ability,which are of great value for optimizing the course setting and training mode of combined master students in Rheumatology of Chinese medicine。
