摘  要:“甘寒通络”由喻嘉言首次提出。喻氏认为甘寒配伍一可清热息风,二可润燥补虚。喻氏将甘寒通络法用于胃阴亏虚之证,以生地、麦冬等甘寒之品息风清热、润燥补虚;对于胃阴亏虚夹杂痰浊湿热瘀血等邪气的复合证型,除了以甘寒息风清热通络、养阴荣养络脉之外,辅以竹沥、竹茹、瓜蒌等甘寒之品祛痰浊湿热,以甘平气药补气通络瘀。对于胃阴亏虚证及胃阴亏虚兼杂复合证候,喻氏认为忌用辛温行气、苦寒燥烈、滋腻温补之类。导师张福利将喻氏甘寒通络结合叶天士辛润通络之法运用于胃阴亏虚为基础的复杂证型。The concept of"sweetening cold and clearing collaterality"was first proposed by Yu Jiayan.Yu believes that the combination of Gan cold can clear heat and calm wind,and two can moisten dryness and tonify deficiency.Yu used Gan Cold Tongluo method for the syndrome of stomach Yin deficiency,and used Shengdi,ophiopogon and other Gan cold products to soothe wind and clear heat,moisten dryness and supplement deficiency;For the complex syndrome type of stomach Yin deficiency with phlegm turbidity-dampness-heat stasis and other evil gases,in addition to Gan cold to calm the wind and clear the heat,nourishing Yin Rong and nourishing the complexo vein,supplemented by bamboo lek,bamboo ru,Gualou and other gan cold products to dispel phlegm turbidity-dampness-heat,with Gan ping Qi medicine Qi Tongluo stasis.For the syndrome of deficiency of stomach Yin and complex syndrome of deficiency of stomach Yin,Yu Shi thinks that it is taboo to use Xinwarm-qi,bitter cold dryness,nourishing greasy warm and so on.Tutor Zhang Fuli applied Yu's method of glycolic and collusive combined with Ye Tianshi's method to complex syndrome type based on stomach Yin deficiency.
