加味半夏白术天麻汤联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗偏头痛患者对头痛症状及血浆5-HT,VEGF,CGRP的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究加味半夏白术天麻汤联合阿司匹林肠溶片对偏头痛患者头痛症状及血浆5-羟色胺(5-HT)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的影响。方法:将2020年4月~2022年4月本院收治的120例偏头痛患者依据随机数字表法分组。对照组60例以阿司匹林肠溶片进行治疗,研究组60例以加味半夏白术天麻汤联合阿司匹林肠溶片进行治疗。评价两组的临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后的头痛症状、血浆5-HT、VEGF、CGRP水平及炎症因子水平,观察两组的不良反应情况。结果:研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组的头痛症状较对照组明显缓解(P<0.05);治疗后研究组的血浆VEGF、CGRP、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平低于对照组,5-HT水平高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味半夏白术天麻汤联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗偏头痛患者疗效显著,安全性高,可有效缓解患者的头痛症状,调节血浆5-HT、VEGF、CGRP水平,降低炎症因子水平。Objective:To explore the effects of added Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets on headache symptoms,plasma 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)in migraine patients.How:A total of 120migraine patients admitted to our hospital from April 2020to April 2022were grouped according to random number table method.In the control group,60cases were treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets,and in the study group,60cases were treated with added Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups,compare the levels of headache,plasma 5-HT,VEGF,CGRP and inflammatory factors before and after treatment between the two groups,and observe the adverse reactions of the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the headache symptoms of the study group were significantly relieved compared with the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of VEGF,CGRP,interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of 5-HT were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Added Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets has significant efficacy and high safety in the treatment of migraine patients,which can effectively relieve the headache symptoms of patients,regulate the levels of plasma 5-HT,VEGF and CGRP,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.
