摘　　要：重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)是一种复杂的炎症性疾病,其病情发展迅速,发病症状种类繁多,可在短时间内造成人体多个器官不同程度损伤,严重威胁患者的生命健康。营养支持是SAP治疗的重要环节,免疫营养调控在其中发挥重要作用。谷氨酰胺(Gln)是重要的免疫营养添加剂,但目前关于谷氨酰胺使用剂量、时机及营养途径等方面仍存在争议。因此,深入研究Gln在SAP营养治疗中的作用机制,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路。Severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)is a complex inflammatory disease with a rapid development and a wide variety of symptoms,which can cause different degrees of damage to multiple organs of the human body in a short period of time,seriousiy threatening the life and health of the patients.Nutritional support is an important part of SAP treatment,in which immunonutritional regulation plays an important role.Glutamine(Gln)is an important immunonutrient additive,but there are still controversies about the dose,timing and nutritional route of glutamine.Therefore,in-depth studies of the mechanism of action of Gln in SAP nutrition therapy can provide new ideas to the diseasetreatment.
