合欢花药效物质基础的研究进展

摘　　要：合欢花为豆科植物合欢(Albizia julibrissin Durazz.)的干燥花序或花蕾。具有解郁安神的功效,是中药“安神”作用最具代表性的花类药材,用于养心安神等。配伍的经典药对、方剂被广泛应用于治疗肝气郁滞、心神失养导致的抑郁症、焦虑症、睡眠障碍等精神相关疾病。本文通过对合欢花化学成分、药理作用、本草中的临床应用、药效物质基础的研究进行总结归纳,以期为合欢花的资源利用及新药开发提供参考。Albiziae Flos is the fried inflorescences or flower buds of(Albizia julibrissin Durazz),with the main function of relieving depression and tranquilizing mind.Albiziae Flos is one of the representative flower-based Chinese medicinal materials for tranquilizing mind.The classical prescriptions containing Albiziae Flos are widely used to treat the diseases caused by stagnation of liver qi and lack of mind preservation,including depression,anxiety,and sleep disorders.This article reviews the studies on the chemical constituents,pharmacological effects,clinical application,and pharmacodynamic material basis of Albiziae Flos,aiming to provide reference for the further research and development of Albiziae Flos resources.
