摘　　要：社区诚信文化建设对于提升全社会文明程度、构筑诚信社会具有特殊价值。但相关研究在其内涵界定、地位认识以及建设路径等方面仍显不足。从结构和功能的视角,厘清社区诚信文化的核心要义、要素与功能,分析其在传承中华优秀传统文化、践行社会主义核心价值观、推进基层治理现代化进程以及推动社会信用体系高质量发展中的独特地位与作用。针对当前社区诚信文化在设施建设、资源供给、内涵培育以及服务支撑等方面存在的问题,建议通过补短板、促均衡、扩资源、畅渠道、育内涵、创特色、强支撑、健体系等措施,优化实践路径,推动社区诚信文化建设高质量发展。The construction of community integrity culture has special value for enhancing the overall civility of society and building a trustworthy society.However,research in areas such as connotation definition,status recognition,and construction paths remains inadequate.From the perspectives of structure and function,this paper clarifies community integrity cultures core essence,elements,and functions,analyzes its unique position and role in inheriting excellent traditional Chinese culture,practicing the core socialist values,promoting the modernization of grassroots governance,and advancing the high-quality development of the social credit system.In view of the problems existing in the construction of community integrity culture in terms of facility construction,resource supply,connotation cultivation,and service support,it is suggested to optimize the practical path and promote the high-quality development of community integrity culture construction through measures such as reinforcing the weak points,promoting balance,expanding resources,smoothing channels,cultivating connotations,creating characteristics,strengthening support,and strengthening the system.
