摘 要:为保证车辆的安全运行可靠,避免因气瓶支架断裂出现的安全隐患,要求车载储氢系统框架的强度较高,不仅要符合国标要求,还需保证车辆在碰撞过程中氢气不泄漏。文章以某燃料电池牵引车储氢系统框架为原型,采用镁合金代替钢质材料,分析镁合金是否能满足储氢系统框架强度的要求,同时实现整车轻量化目标,增大客户收益。In order to ensure the safe operation of the vehicle,avoid the cylinder bracket fracture safety,requires the strength of the hydrogen storage system framework is higher,not only to meet the requirements of national standard,also need to ensure that the vehicle hydrogen leakage in the process of collision.In this paper,the hydrogen storage system framework of a fuel cell tractor is taken as the prototype,and it uses magnesium alloy instead of steel material to analyze whether the magnesium alloy can meet the requirements of the framework strength of the hydrogen storage system,and achieve the lightweight goal of the whole vehicle and increase the revenue of customers.
