摘 要:磺胺增效剂常与磺胺类药物联合使用,从而增加磺胺类药物的疗效。但是如果不合理使用或者滥用,将导致其在养殖动物体内残留,最终给人类健康带来危害。因此,建立更加便捷、高效、准确的磺胺增效剂兽药残留检测方法势在必行。本文综述了近年来磺胺增效剂兽药残留检测技术的研究进展,包括液液萃取法、固相萃取法、QuEChERS法等前处理技术以及分光光度法、免疫分析法、高效液相色谱法、液相色谱-串联质谱法等检测技术的应用,并对各种前处理和检测技术的优缺点进行了比较,同时对现有技术进行了分析和展望。Sulfonamide synergists are often used in conjunction with sulfonamide drugs to enhance the efficacy of the later.However,improper or excessive use can lead to residues in the bodies of livestock and poultry,ultimately posing risks to human health.Therefore,developing more convenient,efficient,and accurate methods for detecting sulfonamide synergists in veterinary drug residues is crucial.This paper reviewed research progress in recent years on the detection of sulfonamide synergists in veterinary drug residues,covering techniques like liquid-liquid extraction,solid phase extraction,and QuEChERS for pretreatment,along with detection techniques such as spectrophotometry,immunoassay,high-performance liquid chromatography,and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.A comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of various pretreatment and detection techniques was provided,along with an analysis and outlook on existing technologies.
