摘  要:抗生素抗性基因(ARGs)作为一种新污染物受到广泛关注。畜禽粪便是环境中ARGs的重要来源,蚯蚓堆肥对合理利用畜禽粪便和促进绿色农业发展具有重要作用,因此研究畜禽粪便添加蚯蚓堆肥对ARGs的影响已成为当前的研究热点。介绍了畜禽粪便中ARGs的传播途径,重点综述了畜禽粪便添加蚯蚓堆肥对ARGs的去除效果、影响机理和影响因素,并提出了一些具有前瞻性的研究方向,为畜禽粪便无害化处理和资源化利用以及蚯蚓堆肥技术推广提供支撑。Antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)have received widespread attention as emerging pollutants.Livestock and poultry manure is an important source for ARGs in the environment,and vermicompost plays an important role in the rational use of livestock and poultry manure and the promotion of green agriculture.Therefore,studying the effect of ARGs by adding earthworm compost to livestock and poultry manure has becomethe current research hotspots.This paper introduces the transfer pathways of ARGs in livestock and poultry manure.The removal effect,influencing mechanism and influencing factors of ARGs are summarized in particular.And some innovative and forward-looking research directions are proposed for the technology promotion of harmless treatment and resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure and earthworm compost.
