科教融合对创新性公共卫生人才培养影响机制探析

摘  要:目的 探讨科教融合理念认同对创新性公共卫生人才培养的影响,以期提出提升育人成效的有效措施。方法 对某医科院校409名全日制公共卫生专业硕士进行问卷调查。使用IBM SPSS22.0进行描述统计和数据分析,探索变量间的关系。结果 该医科院校公共卫生专业硕士科教融合理念认同度平均得分为(1.808±0.296)分,课堂实践情况平均得分为(2.194±0.327)分,科研参与情况平均得分为(2.458±0.313)分,人才培养综合得分的平均得分为(2.451±0.303)分。中介模型检验表明,理念认同度可直接正向影响人才培养综合得分,直接效应量为0.125(95%CI:0.046~0.205);课堂实践情况在理念认同度与人才培养综合得分之间起部分中介作用,中介效应量为0.153(95%CI:0.006~0.160),且理论认同度-课堂实践情况-科研参与情况-人才培养综合得分的链式中介作用也显著,中介效应量为0.075(95%CI:0.099~0.232)。结论 学生对科教融合理论的认同不仅可以正向影响人才培养,还可以通过课堂实践的中介作用及课堂实践和科研参与的链式中介作用间接影响人才培养。Objective To investigate the influence of the concept of integrating science and education on the training of innovative public health professionals, proposing effective measures to enhance educational effectiveness. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 409 full-time Master’s students majoring in public health at a medical university. IBM SPSS 22.0 was utilized for descriptive statistics and data analysis to explore relationships between variables. Results Among the Master’s students in public health, the average score for the concept of integrating science and education was 1.808 ± 0.296, classroom practice was 2.194 ± 0.327, and scientific research participation was 2.458 ± 0.313. The overall score for talent training was 2.451 ± 0.303. Mediation analysis revealed that the concept of integration positively influenced the overall talent training score directly, with a direct effect of 0.125 (95%CI: 0.046-0.205). Classroom practice mediated the relationship between the concept of integration and the comprehensive talent training score, with a mediation effect of 0.153 (95% CI: 0.006-0.160). Furthermore, a significant chained mediation effect was observed through theoretical identity, classroom practice, scientific research participation, and talent training score, with a mediation effect of 0.075 (95%CI: 0.099-0.232). Conclusion Students’ recognition of the concept of integrating science and education not only directly enhances talent training but also indirectly through the mediation of classroom practice and a chained mediation pathway involving classroom practice and scientific research participation.
