深刻理解“ 第二个结合”的逻辑前提——以价值观主张的契合性为视角

摘　　要：“天下观”作为中华优秀传统文化中的核心范畴和重要概念,是中国人对“天下”问题的总观点和总看法,具有鲜明深刻的多重内涵,同科学社会主义价值观主张具有高度契合性。其集中体现为:哲学思维高度契合,中华传统天下观辩证思维方式同辩证唯物主义世界观方法论的共通共融;价值追求高度契合,“民为邦本”民本思想同“人民群众创造世界历史”群众史观的共通共融;天下情怀高度契合,“和合共生”世界情怀同超越国界“真正的共同体”思想的共通共融;社会理想高度契合,“天下为公”大同世界同“自由人联合体”共产主义社会的共通共融。新时代新征程,深刻把握中华优秀传统文化同科学社会主义价值观主张的高度契合性,有助于学习贯彻习近平文化思想,更好实现“第二个结合”,为强国建设、民族复兴注入强大精神力量。The concept of“worldview”,as a core category and important concept in the excellent traditional culture of China,is the overall viewpoint and view of the Chinese people on the entire“world”,with distinct and profound multiple connotations,and high consistence with the values advocated by scientific socialism.This is manifested as follows:the philosophical thinking is highly compatible,in that the dialectical thinking in traditional Chinese cosmopolitanism resonates with the dialectical materialist worldview and methodology;the pursuit of values is highly compatible,in that the people-oriented ideology of“putting the people first”resonates with the mass historical view of“the people creating world history”;the sentiments of the world are highly compatible,in that the“harmony and symbiosis”in the sentiments of the world resonates with the idea of a“true community” that transcends national borders;the social ideals are highly compatible,in that the vision of a world of“harmony under heaven”resonates with the communist society of the“Federation of Free Men”.In this new era and new journey,a profound grasp of the high degree of compatibility between the excellent traditional Chinese culture and the values of scientific socialism will help us to learn and implement Xi Jinping’s cultural thought,to better realize the“second combination”,and to infuse a powerful spiritual force into the construction of a strong nation and the rejuvenation of the nation.
