摘　　要：目的:了解泰州市放射治疗与核医学卫生监督管理现状,为泰州市放射治疗与核医学的发展和卫生健康行政部门的监管提供参考。方法:自行设计调查问卷,对全市范围内所有开展放射治疗与核医学业务的医疗机构进行现场调查并进行汇总分析。结果:泰州市共有8家医疗机构开展了放射治疗及核医学,其中三级医院7家,一级医院1家。3家医疗机构未按规定对核医学设备进行检测,5家医疗机构未按规定对放射治疗设备进行检测,6家医疗机构未按标准对安全防护装置、辐射检测仪器进行年度校准,8家医疗机构规章制度不到位。结论:泰州市放射治疗及核医学医疗机构卫生监督管理现状不容乐观,应采取综合监管措施,促使医疗机构合法诊疗。OBJECTIVE To understand the application of radiotherapy and Nuclear medicine resources in Taizhou,and to pro-vide reference for the development of radiotherapy and Nuclear medicine in Taizhou and the supervision of health administrative de-partments.METHODS Self-devised questionnaire were used to investigate all medical institutions engaged in radiotherapy and Nucle-ar medicine in the whole city on the spot and the problems were summarized and analyzed.RESULTS A total of 8 medical institu-tions in Taizhou carried out radiotherapy and Nuclear medicine,including 7 tertiary hospitals and 1 primary hospital.Three medical institutions failed to test Nuclear medicine equipment as required,five medical institutions failed to test radiotherapy equipment as required,six medical institutions failed to calibrate safety protection devices and radiation detection instruments annually as re-quired,and the rules and regulations of eight medical institutions were not in place.CONCLUSION The present situation of health supervision and management of radiation therapy and nuclear medicine medical institutions in Taizhou is not optimistic.Comprehen-sive supervision measures should be taken to promote legal diagnosis and treatment in medical institutions.
