基于质量要求的船员英语适岗考试提升路径研究

摘　　要：英语是远洋船员们不可或缺的国际语言。船员英语适岗考试的主要目的是确保船员具备在多语言工作环境下完成船上工作任务的基本交流能力,它在我国航运业的发展中起到了重要作用。质量是维持其持续生命力的有效保障。本文从近三年的考试数据入手,对总体考试情况、分类别-级别考试情况和单科考试情况进行了分析,在此基础上指出了考试中存在的问题,并从船员英语学习的加强、考试形式的升级转变、在线考试保障机制的建立和完善、考试资料和题库建设工作等多方面对考试质量的提升路径进行了研究。English is an indispensable international language for seafarers.The main purpose of English Examination of Proficiency for Seafarers is to ensure that seafarers have the basic communication ability to complete the work tasks on board in a multilingual working environment,which plays an important role in the development of China's shipping industry,and quality is an effective guarantee to maintain its sustainable vitality.Starting with the examination data of the past three years,this paper analyzes the overall examination situation,the category-level examination situation and the examination situation of a single subject.On this basis,it points out the existing problems in the examination,and studies the ways to improve the examination quality from several aspects,such as the enhancement of English learning for seafarers,the upgrading and transformation of examination forms,the establishment and improvement of online examination safeguard mechanism,and the construction of examination materials and item banks.
