摘　　要：河洛文化富含思政元素,是英语专业人才培养中全面教育的重要组成部分。在新文科建设背景下,要牢牢把握价值导向,坚持立德树人,充分发挥英语专业的跨文化、跨语言优势,结合专业课程特点,将河洛文化有机融入地方高校英语专业建设,构建以文化为核心的课程体系。Heluo culture presents abundant ideological and political elements serving for all-round education for talents of English specialty.Under the background of the construction of new liberal arts,it is necessary to firmly grasp the value orientation,adhere to foresting virtue through education,give full play to the cross-cultural and cross-language advantages of English specialty,combine the characteristics of specialized courses,integrate Heluo culture into the construction of English specialty in local colleges and universities,and construct the curriculum system with culture as the core.
