摘　　要：针对机械专业应用技术型人才与区域现代制造业人才需求矛盾逐渐加深的问题,遵循OBE理念和工程教育专业认证要求,通过分析现状及问题,构建基于OBE理念的人才培养模式,完成了人才培养方案的重新设计。新的人才培养模式强调学生的主体地位,注重培养目标和毕业要求的达成度,实现了闭环质量控制和持续改进,契合地方高校新工科建设的要求,破解了制约工程人才培养的关键难题,为应用技术型人才培养提供了有力支撑。In response to the increasing contradiction between the demand for applied technical talents in our school's mechanical major and the demand for talents in the regional modern manufacturing industry,based on the OBE concept and in accordance with the requirements of engineering education professional certification,the research group has analyzed the current situation and problems,constructed a talent cultivation mode guided by the OBE concept,and completed the redesign of the talent cultivation plan.The new mode of talent training emphasizes the main position of students,emphasizes the achievement of training objectives and graduation requirements,achieves closedloop quality control and continuous improvement,meets the requirements of local universities'emerging engineering education construction,solves the key problems that restrict the cultivation of engineering talents,and provides strong support for the cultivation of applied technology talents.
