摘  要:珠宝专业是“服务国家战略”和“区域经济发展”的应用型人才培养专业,也是服务行业的职业教育专业。新时代下,珠宝行业的发展面临挑战,也间接导致该行业对人才提出了许多新要求,引发了就业问题。为解决珠宝企业与珠宝专业学生就业、用人单位与学校合作的难题,文章展开相关研究,主要论述协同育人的内涵,提出协同育人策略,以期提供参考。Jewelry major is an applied talent cultivation major that“serving national strategy”and“regional economic development”,as well as a vocational education major that serves the industry.In the new era,the development of the jewelry industry is facing challenges,which indirectly leads to many new requirements for talents in the industry,causing employment problems.To solve the difficulties of employment between jewelry enterprises and students majoring in jewelry,as well as cooperation between employers and schools,this paper conducts relevant research,mainly discussing the connotation of collaborative education and proposing collaborative education strategies,in order to provide reference.
