运动行为对大学生学习倦怠、抑郁情绪的影响及教育对策研究

摘  要:学习倦怠对大学生学业水平及身心健康有着重要影响,该研究基于分层抽样,选取C市地方本科院校工商管理学科510名本科生开展现状调查,探索了大学生学习倦怠发生现状及其与抑郁情绪、健康相关行为的关系,发现大二学生有着较高的学习倦怠发生率,运动行为、睡眠质量及抑郁情绪等因素与大学生的学习倦怠有着显著关联。研究结果表明,应从基于OBE理念完善人才培养方案、加强校园文化建设、重视对学习倦怠学生的关怀等方面采取综合举措,以减少大学生学习倦怠的发生。Learning burnout has an important impact on the academic level and physical and mental health of col-lege students.Based on stratified sampling,this study selected 510 undergraduate students of business adminis-tration in local undergraduate colleges in C City to carry out a current investigation.The current situation of learn-ing burnout and its relationship with depression and health-related behaviors were explored.It is found that sophomore students had a high incidence of learning burnout,and sports behavior,sleep quality and depression were significantly associated with learning burnout.It is concluded that comprehensive measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of college students’learning burnout,such as improving the talent training program based on the OBE concept,strengthening the construction of campus culture,and paying attention to the care of students with learning burnout.
