面向德才兼备研究生高层次人才培养的数据信用通识课程建设研究

摘　　要：在党和国家推动实施大数据战略的背景下,如何使研究生了解数据相关领域的道德规范与伦理原则,并能在今后的学习和职业生涯中做出符合伦理道德的技术和商业行为选择应成为亟待解决的重要问题。在解析数据信用概念及结构并梳理国内与国外数据信用及相关课程实践的基础上,对数据信用相关的课程教育现状进行实证分析。通过问卷调查的方式对数据信用水平进行测定。结果表明,数据信用各维度得分均处于中上等水平,但数据意识思维的平均分较高,而数据道德伦理和数据法律政策的平均分相对较低。据此提出数据信用通识课的建设目标、课程内容、教学模式。In the context of the Party and the state promoting the implementation of the national big data strategy,how to enable graduate students to understand the ethical norms and ethical principles in data-related fields,and to be able to make ethical technical and business behavior choices in their future studies and careers,should become an important issue that needs to be solved urgently.Based on the analysis of the concept and structure of data credit,and the review of domestic and foreign data credit and related course practices,this paper conducts an empirical analysis of the current status of data credit related course education.In this study,the data credit level was measured by means of questionnaire survey.The results show that the scores of all dimensions of data credit are at the middle and upper level,but the average score of data awareness thinking is high,while the average score of data ethics and data law policy is relatively low,and the construction objectives,course content and teaching mode of data credit general education courses are proposed accordingly.
