Research on Scientific Research Data Management Services in Nordic Universities

摘　　要：采用网络调研法和内容比较分析法,从科研数据管理政策体系、科研数据管理组织模式、科研数据管理服务内容三方面对23所QS2024年世界大学排名前500的北欧高校的科研数据管理服务现状进行调查分析。调研发现,北欧高校的科研数据管理服务水平整体较高,具有完备的科研数据政策体系、专业的科研数据服务团队、嵌入科研数据生命周期的服务内容以及密切的高校间合作等特点。启示我国高校应通过构建协同完备的科研数据政策体系、开展校内校外的科研数据服务合作、提供全生命周期的细粒度科研数据服务、聚焦数字素养推动科研数据服务升级等举措,提升我国科研数据管理的服务水平。This paper investigates and analyzes the current status of scientific research data management services of 23 Nordic universities in the Qs 2024 World University Rankings by using the network research method and content comparative analysis method.The survey found that Nordic universities have a relatively high level of scientific research data management service,with the characteristics of a complete scientific research data policy system,a professional scientific research data service team,service content embedded in the life cycle of scientific research data,and close cooperation between universities.Chinese universities should improve the service level of scientific research data management by building a coordinated and complete scientific research data policy system,carrying out internal and external scientific research data service cooperation,providing fine-grained scientific research data service of the whole life cycle,focusing on digital literacy to promote the upgrading of scientific research data service.
