摘　　要：设计了基于NMOS的双向电平转换电路,详细阐述了信号转换过程中具体的电路行为,同时说明了电路应用过程中的注意事项和限制。A bidirectional level conversion circuit based on NMOS is designed,and the specific circuit behavior in the signal conversion process is described in detail.At the same time,the precautions and limitations in the application process of the circuit are explained.
