摘  要:为了减小环境振动和噪声污染以改善建筑物室内声环境舒适度,针对常用的双面双层轻钢龙骨墙板,通过增设吸声层和阻尼层设计了一种新型的轻质型阻尼复合墙板,并利用有限元仿真软件对其进行了隔声性能分析。结果表明,新型复合墙板的隔声性能得到了明显的改善,在全频段均有较大的隔声量提升,阻尼层相较于吸声层的隔声量提升效果更为显著;新型复合墙板的临界频率仅取决于结构层参数,选用高密度高强的硅酸钙板作为结构层,可以使得临界频率向更高频移动,远离隔声主要频率段;新型复合墙板以较小的厚度和面密度获得了较高的隔声性能,经粉红噪声频谱修正后的计权隔声量达到了53.0 dB,可满足多数情况下的墙板隔声量需求。In order to reduce environmental vibration and noise pollution to improve the comfort of the indoor acoustic environment of the building,based on the commonly used double-sided double-layer light steel keel partition,a new type of lightweight damping partition wall was designed by adding sound-absorbing and damping layers,and its acoustic insulation performance was analyzed using finite element simulation software.The results show that the sound insulation performance of the new lightweight damping partition wall has been improved significantly,and the damping layer has a more significant increase in sound insulation compared to sound-absorbing layer.The critical frequency of lightweight damping partition wall only depends on the panel parameters,and the selection of high-density and high-strength calcium silicate board as the panel can make the critical frequency move to a higher frequency,away from the main frequency band of air sound insulation.The lightweight damping partition wall panel achieves high sound insulation performance with low thickness and areal density,and the weighted sound reduction index corrected by the pink noise spectrum reaches 53.0dB,which can meet the demand for wall panel sound insulation in most cases.
