摘 要:目的:建立超高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定混合果蔬汁中11种合成着色剂含量的方法。方法:采用5%甲醇水溶液进行样品提取,并通过弱阴离子交换固相萃取、净化手段处理样品,采用N2吹干及水复溶。通过电喷雾离子化,负离子模式及多反应监测,结合保留时间和特征离子对目标化合物进行定性识别,外标法定量。结果:11种合成着色剂在0.02~1.00μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.999。方法的检出限为0.05 mg·kg^(-1),平均回收率在85.1%~103.5%,相对标准偏差在1.1%~8.8%。结论:该方法的基质干扰少,检出限低,精密度高,样品提取液稳定,适用于混合果蔬汁中11种合成着色剂的定性定量检测。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of 11 kinds of synthetic colorants in mixed fruit and vegetable juice by ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Method:5%methanol solution was used to extract the samples,and the samples were treated by weak anion exchange solid phase extraction and purification,and dried with N2 and redissolved in water.The target compounds were qualitatively identified by electrospray ionization,negative mode and multiple reaction monitoring,combined with retention time and characteristic ions,and quantified by external standard method.Result:The 11 synthetic colorants had good linearity in the concentration range of 0.02~1.00μg·mL^(-1),and the correlation coefficient(r)was greater than 0.999.The limit of detection was 0.05 mg·kg^(-1),the average recovery was 85.1%~103.5%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.1%~8.8%.Conclusion:The method has low matrix interference,low detection limit,high precision and stable sample extract,and is suitable for qualitative and quantitative detection of 11 synthetic colorants in mixed fruit and vegetable juice.
