基于风险管理视角的青少年游泳培训风险规避研究

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法和问卷调查法等研究方法,借助风险管理理论和帕累托分析,探究青少年游泳培训风险管理问题。研究发现,青少年游泳培训风险主要包含个人风险因素、环境风险因素、教练员风险因素和管理者风险因素四个方面。青少年游泳培训风险管理可遵循全面识别风险因素,构建风险评估模型,规避风险策略实施,反馈与改进四个步骤,科学开展青少年游泳培训风险管理实践。The use of literature,questionnaire and other research methods,the use of risk management theory and Pareto analysis and other theories,explore the risk management of youth swimming training.It is found that the risk of youth swimming training mainly includes personal risk factor,environmental risk factor,coach risk factor and manager risk factor.The risk management of youth swimming training can follow four steps:comprehensively identifying risk factors,constructing risk assessment model,implementing risk avoidance strategy,feedback and improvement,and scientifically carrying out risk management practice of youth swimming training.
