摘　　要：更新改造项目投资又称小型技措项目投资,是指维持、改善当期生产经营相关资产的投资行为。在一汽丰田汽车有限公司统合之前,此类投资项目无统一管理,各分公司、工厂执行标准不统一,导致投资额过大、投资必要性及合理性未经充分论证,实施阶段项目周期长并跨多年实施,拖期严重。从项目投资管理风险、特点、面临问题着手,系统阐述更新改造项目投资统筹管理的意义、管理思路、各阶段的管理要求及效果、对其他领域投资管理的借鉴意义等。Investment in renewal and renovation projects,also known as investment in small-scale technical measure projects,refers to the investment behavior of maintaining and improving the relevant assets of the current production and operation.Before the integration of FAW Toyota Motor Co.,Ltd.,there was no unified management for such investment projects,and the execution standards of each branch and factory were not unified,resulting in excessive investment,insufficient demonstration for the necessity and rationality of investment,a long project cycle,implementation spanning multiple years during the implementation phase,and serious delays.Starting from the risks,characteristics,and issues of project investment management,this paper systematically expounds the significance of the overall management of investment in renovation projects,management ideas,management requirements at each stage,management effects and reference significance for investment management in other fields.
