低温环境下仿生疏水涂层对木质墙壁结露现象的影响

摘  要:结露是生活中常见的物理现象,对木结构建筑的耐久性和功能性会产生不良影响,甚至降低建筑结构的安全性。为探究低温环境下仿生疏水涂层对木质墙壁结露现象的影响,模拟稳态均质平壁的壁体结构进行观测,并解析不同构造组成中内部结露可能产生的位置,以及表面结露形貌。结果表明:单层木质墙壁的壁体结构,在壁体外侧会产生外部结露现象,即表面结露,且表面结露现象差异化明显,疏水涂层对其影响较大。多层复合木质墙壁壁体结构中,其构造的差异对结露程度的影响比墙体表面疏水涂层大;因墙壁结构和组成材料热工性能的不同,可能在墙体内不同位置产生内部结露现象即壁内结露;壁内结露程度为壁体模型C>B>A,其中壁内防水层及隔热层的设置对结露影响尤为突出。Condensation is a common physical phenomenon in life,which will have a negative impact on the durability and functionality of timber structure buildings and even reduce the safety of building structures.In order to investigate the influence of biomimetic hydrophobic coating on the condensation phenomenon of wooden wall in low temperature,the wall structure of steady-state homogeneous flat wall was simulated for observed.The results showed that when the wooden wall was a single-layer wall structure,there will be external condensation on the outside of the wall,and that the differentiation of surface condensation phenomenon was obvious,the hydrophobic coating had a significant impact on it.For the wall structure of multi-layer composite wooden wall,the difference of structure had a greater influence on the dew condensation degree than the hydrophobic coating on the wall surface.Because of the different thermal properties of wall structure and composition materials,the internal condensation phenomenon may occur in different positions in the wall.The degree of internal condensation was model C>B>A,and the setting of waterproof layer and thermal insulation layer inside the wall had a particularly prominent influence on condensation.
