摘  要:针对目前企业常用的地板自然老化测试方法存在周期长、受气候条件影响大等问题,研究了一种更稳定的测试方法进行代替。使用氙灯老化试验箱营造加速环境,并通过Spearman检验分析对比加速环境与自然环境中复合饰面地板的颜色与光泽变化。结果表明:光照是老化的重要因素。在有光照条件下,加速环境处理48 h与自然环境处理3周的色差结果一致性显著,总色差平均值分别为4.08和4.21。然而,2种环境下,材料的失光情况差异较大。其中,自然环境中的地板未出现明显失光,与实际使用情况不符,故该方法存在缺陷。加速环境中的地板更易失光,且老化48 h与144 h各地板的失光率强弱关系一致性明显。利用加速老化环境处理48 h评价地板的抗老化性能具有可行性。The natural aging method for flooring often used by enterprises have the problem of long cycle and great weather influence.Therefore,it is necessary to research a kind of stabler test method to instead of it.This article used Xenon lamp aging test chamber to simulate the accelerated aging environment.The changes in gloss and color on the finishing engineered wood flooring in the accelerated aging environment and the nature environment were compared by Spearman test.The results showed that light was an important factor in aging.Under light condition,for the color difference,the accelerated aging environment treatment for 48 h and the natural environment treatments for 3 weeks was highly consistent.The average value of total color change were 4.08 and 4.21,respectively.However,the loss of gloss of flooring in two kind of environment were different.The gloss loss of flooring in the nature environment was not obvious,and it didn't match the reality use situation.Therefore,certain defects existed in the method.Flooring in the accelerated aging environment was easier to loss of gloss,the result of 48 h aging was consistent obviously on the ordering relation with the result of 144 h aging.The above results showed that it was feasible to test the relationship between strength of floor aging resistance of color and gloss by treating in the accelerated aging environment for 48 h.
