集成CA/BS/TRIZ/QFD/RT/DFSS的休闲摇椅创新设计方法研究

摘  要:针对市场上摇椅产品存在的功能相对单一、缺少灵活性和变通性等问题,为满足休闲摇椅创新设计的功能和情感等方面的需求,本研究集成CA-BS-TRIZ-QFD-RT-DFSS方法构建了产品创新设计过程模型。该方法整合了聚类分析法(CA)在归纳整理错综复杂信息的优势、头脑风暴法(BS)在发散思维和发现问题的优势、发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)在分析问题的优势、质量功能配置(QFD)在优化产品的优势、可靠性实验(RT)在为产品生产提供保障的优势。研究以六西格玛设计方法(DFSS)的识别、界定、设计、优化、验证流程为参照(即IDDOV流程),建立以TRIZ进化理论为支撑的产品创新识别层、以CA和BS为参照的产品创新界定层、以TRIZ创新方法为依托的产品创新设计层、以QFD质量屋模型为基础的产品创新优化层、以RT和定量分析为参考的产品创新验证层。最后,以带有可拆卸婴儿床并具有储物、晾衣功能的摇椅设计为案例,对集成创新模型进行了验证。结果表明:该模型可有效挖掘用户需求和设计要素,也适用于其他产品的创新设计。In response to the problems of relatively single functionality,lack of flexibility and versatility in the rocking chair products on the market,as well as to meet the functional and emotional requirements of innovative design for leisure rocking chairs,a product innovation design process model was constructed by integrating the CA-BS-TRIZ-QFD-RT-DFSS method in this study.The advantages of cluster analysis(CA)in summarizing and organizing complex information,brainstorming(BS)in divergent thinking and problem discovery,inventing problem solving theory(TRIZ)in analyzing problems,quality function configuration(QFD)in optimizing products,and reliability experiments(RT)in providing assurance for product production were combined.The research took the identification,definition,design,optimization,and validation process of Six Sigma Design Method(DFSS)as a reference(i.e.IDDOV process),established a product innovation identification layer supported by TRIZ evolution theory,a product innovation definition layer referenced by CA and BS,a product innovation design layer based on TRIZ innovation method,and a product innovation optimization layer based on QFD House of Quality model product innovation validation layer based on RT and quantitative analysis.Finally,the integrated innovative model was validated using a rocking chair design with a detachable crib and storage and clothes drying functions as an example.The results showed that this model can effectively mine user needs and design elements,and was also suitable for innovative design of other products.
