摘 要:以自主设计的清林机为研究目标,对其履带底盘架进行静力学分析并优化。首先对履带底盘所需主要参数进行设计计算,根据计算结果在Solidworks软件中初步建立了三维模型。而后利用Ansys软件对履带底盘架进行静力学分析,结果显示其强度满足使用要求,但材料性能有冗余,故对其进行了拓扑优化设计,根据优化结果重新建立了三维模型,并对其进行了静力学分析。分析结果显示优化后的履带底盘架性能仍满足使用要求,材料性能冗余的情况得到了改善,并且降低了履带底盘的重量,为之后类似机构的优化设计提供了参考。Taking the self-designed forest clearing machine as the research target,the static analysis and optimization of its crawler chassis frame are carried out.Firstly,the main parameters required for the crawler chassis are designed and calculated.According to the calculation results,a three-dimensional model is initially established in Solidworks software.Then the static analysis of the crawler chassis frame is carried out by Ansys software.The results show that its strength meets the requirements of use,but the material properties are redundant.Therefore,the topology optimization design is carried out.According to the optimization results,the three-dimensional model is re-established and the static analysis is carried out.The analysis results show that the performance of the optimized track chassis frame still meets the requirements of use,the redundancy of material performance is improved,and the weight of the track chassis is reduced,which provides a reference for the optimization design of similar mechanisms.
