绿色金融赋能河南省经济高质量发展对策研究

摘　　要：为深入探究绿色金融与经济高质量发展之间的相互关系,充分发挥金融对经济发展的促进作用,从绿色信贷、绿色债券、绿色保险、绿色投资等四个维度构建绿色金融发展评价指标体系,从发展规模和效率、协调、绿色、开放、共享等五个维度构建经济高质量发展评价指标体系。选用2017—2020年河南省18个城市面板数据为研究基础,深入研究绿色金融与经济高质量发展之间的耦合协调关系,并结合河南省省情特点,提出绿色金融赋能河南省经济高质量发展的对策建议。In order to deeply explore the interrelationship of green finance and high-quality economic development,and give full play to the role of finance in promoting economic development,an evaluation index system for green finance development is constructed from four dimensions:green credit,green insurance,green investment and green bonds.The evaluation index system of high-quality economic development should be constructed from five dimensions:scale and efficiency of development,coordination,green development,opening-up and sharing.The panel data of 18 cities of Henan Province from 2017 to 2020 were selected as the research basis,and the coupling coordination relationship of green finance and high-quality economic development was deeply studied by using the good and bad solution distance method,coupling the coordination model,grey correlation analysis and other methods.According to the model calculation result and the characteristics of Henan province,it put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of green finance enabling the high-quality economic development of Henan Province.
